Breakup Buddies is a mainland comedy about a bloke trying to get over his divorce with the help of a mate and a road trip.
Things get fairly silly but not as much as I expected and there’s indeed a lot of more heartfelt character beats too, which makes Breakup Buddies enjoyable despite the somewhat unnecessary two hours running.
Well worth a watch if you want some laugh out loud moments with a surprisingly decent dramatic foundation.
