Aesthetically easing, setting. A slow burn drama/thriller. Good to watch for a cozy Sunday evening.

this title really struck a chord with me as we are going thru October Gale where I live which is by a large body of water and when the land n water heat up or cool down it generates long huge gales that drive me to distraction but enough about me let's talk about Clarkson's tour de force here she is awesome well whole cast is including scott speedman who used to live in my neighborhood and i almost hit him on his bike once and he almost hit me once while riding his bike this movie was great it reminded me of a couple of Humpfrey Bogart movies whose titles i don't remember and am too lazy to look up

Patricia Clarkson is the queen of acting, and Scott Speedman does a good job keeping up with her.
The plot and certain character motivations don't stand up to much scrutiny. But the atmosphere is such a beguiling mixture of tension and tenderness, and that's what makes this film so enjoyable.

Interesting premise, just didn't quite seem to play out how I had expected. They seemed to be missing something, not really sure what though.

a lot more slow and less action-y than the trailer made it seem, but i found it to be an enjoyable film
